"It is exactly what it is. For those of an age to remember the great British transport cafe this is a real treat. Good food at good prices with a steaming hot mug of tea or coffee. Having had to hang up my bike helmet owing to dexterity problems it 's a real treat to see all the bikes and bikers that visit. This is the kind of cafe I used to rely on when I was commuting long distances on my bike. (In the old days, normal cafes didn 't want 'biker types ' lowering the tone of their establishments). One minor drawback the loos need a good clean and spruce up. Other than that, take it for what it is. Enjoy a good, old fashioned full English."

Good venue for bike ride out meeting place. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating. Bike shop next door. The food is average, portion size good but not great quality.

Really nice breakfast, we had the famous 5 . A good range of food. I the food was served on hot plates I would have given 4 stars. Take note H-Cafe. Lots of parking space and friendly staff.

Food basic and filling, nice mug of tea , if you are a biker like me it's great,, but it's not the kind of place for everyone,, friendly staff , but uninspiring food , l will be back for the Biker atmosphere,

We stopped here on our way home, by just putting it in places to eat now.It is a classic greasy spoon/biker cafe, but of the best type for a very filling breakfast, very plesant staff, and very reasonable prices.

This place is cheap cheerful, perfect location for bikers, the food is cheap (which you can tell) but it's still tasty and a great base for meeting up on the bikes. Staff are friendly and it's a great place to sit and watch the bikes go by!

I recently created a Midsomer Tour, we started our day at this great cafe, it was a Sunday morning and was very busy, loads of Bikers. The staff were brilliant, I had an accident with the salt, they without any question changed my breakfast. We both had the H Special, a great meal, good quality, hot and filling. I will certainly go back when in the area

Wonderful food, great atmosphere, fantastic motorbikes and people. You get a good value breakfast with cup of tea included for a reasonable price. I went for the mega munch which is top class and very filling and it was nice to be able to sit and eat outside in the sunshine. The staff are friendly and the toilets are clean, we have been here a few times and met some nice people here

Title says it all. Been here a fair amount on ride outs and stopped for a bite to eat and a cuppa today. I love a ‘greasy spoon’ fry up but this takes the biscuit (wish I had one today. Great spot for bike meets but I’ll stick with a cuppa only from now on. Solid yolk snot dripping whites and almost uncooked bacon which was 2/3 fat. One mouthful then straight to bin. Should of got my money back really £5.25. Oh well

"We usually love coming to Cafe Rouge in Henley, always a treat for us and we are always looking forward to it. However the most recent visit was awful and it’s been going downhill over our last coupes of visits. We booked a table for my father in laws birthday. Upon being seated, we were informed that 3 of the main course dishes were unavailable.. pretty much half of the ‘mains’ options. We don’t come to Cafe Rouge for Burgers or salad! We opted for 3 portions of Mussels as had them here before and they’re very good! Mother in law just had pate as there was nothing else she wanted. These were possibly the worst mussels we’ve ever had. You could tell they weren’t fresh (cooked from frozen for sure) and there was barely any sauce in the pot! Usually they are flavourful and abundant in sauce! No check back was performed by the manager on duty..it was a quiet Monday so wasn’t exactly run off his feet. So we couldn’t alert him. Even upon clearing we weren’t ask how our meal was! Just asked if we had finished. We decided to mention they were awful to which the manager told us he would inform the kitchen. When he came back to finish clearing, my partner asked if they were frozen or fresh mussels, to which the manager replied yes, they are frozen. Wasn’t expecting that but you could totally tell! They tasted like cardboard! We had a coffee and a pudding and to be fair to the manager he didn’t charge us for one portion of mussels and the coffees we ordered. The Bill was certainly not worth what we had. Didn’t leave a tip, which we never normally do, but the service was non existent. Manager was more interested in what was on his phone. Won’t be rushing back"
