Visited for Sunday Lunch after a walk round Wickham. Excellent food and service, Huge portions , great service. Probably the biggest Yorkshire Puddings ever!!!

Great local ale and cider pub with super large garden for children. Dog friendly. Staff always friendly and efficient and food is creative, quality and offers VFM!

Lovely pub in the middle of beautiful countryside. Very quiet with large gardens. Meal was delicious best burger I've ever had (hand made). Good food choice and friendly service. Speisekarte ansehen

This is our local pub and we love coming here on a sunny day after walking our dog. We have visited many times for food or just a drink. Food is delicious and my Husband loves the local ales. The garden is beautiful and big enough to fit lots of people in. It is always popular.

This pub is flawless! It offers delicious, classic pub food in a traditional and family-friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of games to enjoy, a cozy fire, and a play area in the garden. If you're looking for pretentious food or a place to be on your phone, this is not the spot for you!

Over the last two years, my two brothers and I have taken our elderly father out for lunch at various pubs in and around Bishops Waltham. The Hampshire Bowman stands out as the best in every aspect - from its wide selection of beers and ciders to the quality and value of the food, as well as the atmosphere, location, service, and pricing. We stopped by for a quick lunch. We ordered two burgers, one ham, egg and chips. Both were generously sized portions and very tasty. The burgers were juicy and delicious, and the chips were crispy. We also had one beer, two soft drinks, and a side of cheesy chips, which came to a total of £59. Despite being busy, the service was still great.

We had the bread and dips board to start. A large board of warm, fresh bread and delicious dips, plus a whole jar of olives and some dolmades. Excellent. Then mains of ham, eggs and chips, the burger and a lamb shank. All delicious and plentiful portions. The lamb shank had a great amount of meat on it. Service great. Setting great. Just a fabulous place!

Awful place!! The manager is exteamly rude towards us and towards members of staff. The manager was very blunt and didn't make us feel welcome at all didn't make eyecontact. We had to ask if we could place our food order and felt like we got forgotten as we sat there waiting for 20 minuets and it wasn't even busy. Food is overpriced for what it is, when the food came out it was cold. The manager didn't make us feel welcome at all from the start we got there.
