The Jailhouse - Speisekarte

This was the last stop that our Belfast Black Cab Tour guide Paul, took us to see.

Sobering but very interestingWe were fortunate enough to have Claire as our guide.

Delighted with everything just one complaint I booked this table well in advance but was told the restaurants tables were all booked and ended up sitting in the bar which was very noisy. Extremely disappointing

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Kellner waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wollte später am Abend noch ein paar Drinks, hatte aber das Gefühl, dass die Kellner uns immer wieder ignorierten. Ansonsten wirklich schöner Ort

Ich konnte nichts trinken, nachdem mir gesagt wurde, dass du draußen stehen sollst, während unser Tisch vorbereitet wurde, weil wir keinen Platz hatten. Heuchlerisch, dass leere Fassständer, neben denen wir standen, keinen Tischservice bekommen konnten, wenn wir stehen wollten Speisekarte ansehen

Portions very small. Side dishes came 15 minutes after main was served. Desert was served 15 -20 minutes after it was ordered. We had to go to the bar ourselves to get a drink. We were told we wouldn't be charged for sides as service was so bad. Once desert was eaten we were presented with the bill. To be honest I was glad to leave. I have eaten in the main bar area before and it was grand however I would not recommend The Jailhouse.

Booked a table upstairs for two people for the 6 Nations Irish Rugby game vs England. Table had a great view of the Big screen (requested at time of booking . Staff were warm, friendly, welcoming, professional extremely helpful (couldn’t do enough for us! , even though they were very busy for the Rugby game. Food was fantastic the service was impeccable! Our server was brilliant super helpful the barstaff were very friendly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the Jailhouse! well done on providing such a great, friendly service (5*s .. will definitely be back! Many thanks.

Only serving light bits to fit their cocktail bar optics...... I would be more concerned with footfall than optics right now. Optics are an empty bar with little atmosphere and overpriced, poor food. Place was pretty dead and food was shocking. For £9 I received four pathetic little squid rings and a load of day old lettuce. Two pints somehow cost £11.60 and staff couldn't wait to get the bill paid, as we sat over our drinks chatting at the end of lunch someone appeared on my shoulder asking how we wanted to pay........ not like there was a queue waiting......
