"I recently stayed at the Kings Arms while attending a football match with my Son. We are regular customers of this charming Inn and usually enjoy a high standard of service. However, I must say that the breakfast experience was disappointing. While waiting for our full English breakfast, three people left due to the long wait. The cook seemed to be doing his best under pressure, but the hot plate system was inadequate for handling the breakfast rush. The owners should consider hiring a chef and improving their service to avoid losing customers. There is a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor, so there is no excuse for the subpar breakfast service. Perhaps offering an 'All Day Breakfast' option would better suit the business. Despite this, we still prefer staying at the Kings Arms over a modern hotel when traveling to London. However, improvements to the breakfast offering are necessary to meet customer expectations."

I enjoyed my visit, the COVID restrictions were well followed, track and trace, table service, hand sanitizer available etc. Staff friendly and helpful and my choice of steak ale pie, mash and peas was (a) very tasty (b) very substantial and (c) excellent value. I will certainly eat here again.

Could not recommend this pub highly enough. On very short notice the management and staff put together an amazing wedding party for us. Room was beautiful, food was exceptional and service was flawless. Felt very safe during covid times and still had the perfect wedding! Thank you Katie, Clodagh and all the staff!!

We often go to the Kings Arms for a roast on Sunday, it is the best you will find in the area! The staff are always polite and accommodating (they get very busy but will always try to find you a table! . Plus, the food is amazing, proper roast with all the trimmings. There's always 2 vegetarian options and the chefs even cater for my friends who are vegan by making them a vegan pie especially. Thank you!

Dropped in here on a Friday night after I left another pub nearby as no seating. Wow, what a real hidden gem. Great choice of beer on the bar, some real favourites there although at this point we were drinking red wine and found a lovely house red. Service was excellent and I really like the set up of this pub. I have heard the Sunday carvery is vey good and hope to try it in the near future. Well done everyone. Most enjoyable and will be back for sure.

"This is a fantastic place to stay, I highly recommend it. The pub has a wonderful atmosphere and there is a pool table and quiz night on Tuesdays. We stayed in the triple room which was very clean, with the bed being remade every day. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with a full English option, fruit, cereal, croissants, and fresh coffee available. The food was cooked right in front of us. We will definitely book here again."

So I booked for the Carvery with my friend. It’s a really nice pub. The Carvery was true to a traditional Sunday roast as you can get (I am English). The meats were great and the portion was good. I struggled to finish. They had cauliflower cheese and stuffing and also roast parsnips. Gravy was good and they do not mind if you request extra which I did as I like my roast swimming in gravy. Only flaw is I would have preferred my roast potatoes crispier and a bit bigger in size but that is preference. I would go again. Really nice.

My husband and I recently rented the back room at The Kings Arms for our daughter's 1st Birthday party and we were extremely impressed by the exceptional service we received. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had enough space for our soft play area and even assisted us with decorating the room to our liking. The food and service were both top-notch, catering to everyone in our diverse group, including meat eaters, vegans, and children. We highly recommend The Kings Arms and will definitely be returning in the future.

This pub gets better and better, very central in Ealing but has a great feel of a traditional pub and frequented by the locals. Had a couple of pints of Doombar and then decided to move onto red wine, this is where the wonderful Annabelle excelled by going through the wine list and pointing out the Malbec was their most popular red wine. For just over £20 a bottle this was a bargain. Many thanks for your help Annabelle and great customer service, such a pleasure to see someone keen to assist with a smile on their face and really look like they enjoy their work. Will be back for sure.

"If you live in or visit Hanwell you must take a lazy walk down by the locks and build up an appetite before heading to the W7 Emporium. It’s a little white door by a crappy old man pub sat next to a small florist. Open the door and the atmosphere is straight away comfortable, your away from the street and simply relaxed and at home. The staff are friendly and offer as much banter as you want to be involved with so this is nice and a change from the branded offerings. The furniture is mix and match and the space light and airy so it fits well with Hanwells vibe and there is an outdoor space for the summer. The menu I would describe as funky modern Mediterranean, and there are no sausages which for me can be an issue. But if I’m being 100% honest I couldn’t care less here, the options here are well thought and imaginative. If you want a fry up there are other places in Hanwell to get one but if you want a Mexican there is only one place and that’s here. Ok I’ve given away my ultimate fave thing on the menu it’s what I have and it’s spot on. Poached eggs, nice bread, salad, crispy bacon, avocado and spicy sauce all out together and presented beautifully. So here we go it’s hands down the best place in Hanwell and if you want wine with brunch that’s fine because they serve that too. Have a couple then walk back to the canal and enjoy the afternoon whatever the season it’s a regular weekend jaunt and a compromise between a fry up for me and something healthy for the wife. In the eternal battle of good verses evil the Emporium emerges victorious every time."
