"Overall a good night as the food is extremely good. Prices are a little high. Service was not brilliant , first drinks info was poor and not that friendly, only a couple of food menus were available so we had to share, main wine menu needed to be requested and final bill was incorrectly showing a second bottle of wine. It strikes us that the food, if consistent, could be in the 1 Michelin bracket, but front of house would need to improve."

visited brasserie 23 in the kings head, spratton on Saturday last. fabulous meals cooked to order from chef chef daniel tompkins. I had the roasted chicken breast (excellent), but after seeing the bark cheek bouruignon and mushrooms on the teller opposite, I will be back for it while it remains on the menu. a delicious food and a great evening thanks to theny and staff.
