The Kitchen At London House

One of the best bakery’s with generously filled baguettes. Staff are always very friendly. My go to place every time I visit the island.

I stumbled across this one as one of my favourites was closing for lunch so I tried my luck and enjoyed a very good ‘catch of the day’ plaice. Great food, reasonably priced.

Hands down the best Sunday roast on the Island. Unfortunately we'll have to wait until Autumn for our next one. Sally and all the team are fabulous. Keep sure you save space for pudding. Speisekarte ansehen

I had a wonderful steak that was cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely be returning again. The quality of the meat was excellent and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Called in today for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back if we visit the isle of wight again. Matt, Sally and the wee man from Milan made us feel so welcome. Best steak sandwich I've ever had

The girl who served me couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Friendly, engaging and very professional. I stopped by for some pork pies and sausage rolls, and they were absolutely delicious – the best I've ever had! I went back the next day for more and also tried a London house pasty, which was fantastic! We were only in town visiting family for a few days, but next time we'll definitely make a reservation for lunch in the bistro.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The smoothies and food were delicious. The baguettes were wonderfully fresh. My son loved the coronation chicken, I enjoyed the beetroot goat cheese wrap, my daughter had the tuna mayo, and my husband really liked the breakfast wrap. The quality of the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend this place.

Staying in Ventnor we stopped in at the Bistro to to grab some sandwiches and cake before heading to Blackgang Chine for the day. The Bistro had been recommended by friends and looked great. And they didn’t disappoint! Service was extremely friendly and quick despite people queuing out the door! Great selection of salads, sandwiches, pastries and cakes. Everything was fresh, huge portions, prepared in house and great value for money. The staff were lovely, they even took the time to chat to my young son which was extremely kind. I would absolutely recommend visiting for a takeaway amor lunch and will definitely be visiting when we stay in Ventnor again! Speisekarte ansehen
