Took 15 mins for someone to take us to table, food was 30 mins to deliver, then food was not a very good quality at all, would not really recommend to anyone,

Looked after by the host, Food was served fast and the gammon was delicious. Fried egg was cooked just as it should be so the yolk was great for dipping chips in

Haven't been here for years but it's definitely improved. Heather in particular was amazing and offered amazing service throughout our time there. The meal was lovely too was lovely and the portions were massive!

The food was under cooked the chef was in pj bottoms and I am lead to believe by my partners parents the chicken you have on a Sunday dinner comes in frozen and is defrosted in the microwave she use to be a waitress there I will never eat there again needs to be shut down EHO would have a field day

5 star service food excellent Niki H in particular and her colleagues were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the attention she gave to our table was impressive to say the least. Thank you to Gail and the gentleman running around on breakfast this morning, they're doing a great job! The breakfast itself is very standard so would be nice to have a few more options but it's plenty to fill you up. Also would like to say Nicky from the evening was brill as well, somehow managed to deal with multiple tables and still appear calm and lovely!

I went with 2 autistic children. I was dreading it as often places arnt able to accommodate. The staff here were amazing. Youngest sat under the table between courses and no one cared he was out of the way) they made changes small ones) to my children’s food and made suggestions to help. They were friendly, very helpful and so welcoming. The food was quick and absolutely delicious. I will be visiting again! Thank you to Claire, she made my sons food aversions become a non issue which made him more comfortable too!

Absolutely awful We was if you can call it greeted by a young thin guy with dark hair, stubble and ear piercing. Very ignorant and rude and was made to feel like we wasn’t welcomed He sat us in a corner table and before we could even glance the menu a red headed young waitress who appeared to running the whole restaurant by herself asked us what drinks we wanted. She grabbed us a drinks menu and we all felt very pressured into ordering quickly. Meal wise two of us wanted to order the chicken skewers and one ordered lasagna however, my mother can’t eat anything spicy The waitress quickly advised us that the chicken skewers came with peppers and to avoid it So she changed to gammon steak.
