Larachmhor Tavern - Speisekarte

My belly can attest to the fact that I’ve enjoyed a few chippies in my time and I can safely say that this one is the best I’ve ever experienced. The fish was delish!

Was looking for a dog friendly place to eat, but weather improved so we went for takeaway. The haddock was amazing....as well as the smoked haddock and chips. Would definitely return ....all the way from Edinburgh

Ate here twice while staying in Pittenweem and the staff were so friendly and full of fun . Our little pooch was spoiled with treats and we were spoiled by the fabulous food Will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Speisekarte ansehen

Dog-friendly really did mean dog-friendly here, with our pet given water and ham, and allowed up on the bench as it could be wiped down. Great chips too and knowing we were all so welcome made for a relaxing meal. Really grateful for the great service.

This place is perfect for drinks and good conversation. It aims to be a versatile spot, serving as a pub, restaurant, and takeaway, and it succeeds in my book. I had a great time chatting at the bar with Ajan and Leslie. Anyone who isn't satisfied with the service needs to venture out more often!

Harbour master recommended we tried here and we are glad we did! Had a cold beer sat on the front beer barrels on the street, watching the world go by. Superb fish and chips. Snacks and water for the dogs on arrival whats not to love! Don’t bother queuing for 50 mins at a more famous establishment! Come here! Speisekarte ansehen

The fish and chips at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the hygiene standards are very good with tables and seats being wiped after customers leave. I hadn't been here in a few years, but this place did not disappoint! I will definitely be back when I'm in East Neuk again.

The only thing that saved the day were I like my chips crispy and these were very nice..but reheating sauce many times in microwave right in front of you not something I would usually accept.. Also Very expensive.. Small chips and tiny pot of curry sauce was £5.50... Takeaway. Unfortunately they now don't have any competition, so if you want a chippy this is it. Crispy chips saved the day.

After taking a walk along the coast, we decided to grab a quick bite to eat. With nowhere else open, we ended up at this restaurant. The first thing you see is the takeaway area, followed by a bar and then a section that resembled a 70s seaside cafe, but with a rushed and not-so-quirky feel. We ordered 2 BLTs, a bowl of chips with mushy peas, a glass of white wine, a pint of Guinness, and a glass of tap water. The BLTs were disappointing - the bread was overly toasted and the bacon was sparse. The sides included a small dish of coleslaw and a strange mix of salad. The chips and mushy peas were decent.
