Attended as part of a family wake. Very well looked after, staff were as usual- attentive and polite. Food was delicious as ever. Thanks to all the staff.

Lovely little restaurant, the food was very tasty and delicious, combined with excellent friendly service. Clearly run by people who care about what they’re doing.

We have been to the Paella night on several occasions and we have never been disappointed! The tapas and the paella are delicious and the dessert is definitely worth spending a few quid on! Excellent service and can’t wait to come back next time!

Last night, I drove to Kibworth and stumbled upon a charming restaurant called The Lighthouse Restaurant. Despite not having a reservation, they graciously seated me. I enjoyed a delicious meal in a cozy, candlelit setting. Thank you to Rosemarie Jarvis from Hanworth Hats Market Harborough for a wonderful dining experience.

I visited the Lighthouse many years ago and recently brought my husband there to celebrate his birthday. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience special. We were looking for a fish restaurant and decided to try The Lighthouse. We were greeted with a warm welcome, prompt friendly service, followed by a fantastic meal. The atmosphere was buzzing despite it being a busy Saturday night, the service was super efficient the food was amazing. Well worth the 35 min drive we will definitely be back it’s a real gem!

We were visiting my sister in Smeeton Westerby and were able to walk to this wonderful restaurant on a lovely summer’s evening. What a delight to be able to go to a local restaurant and have such tasty fare! The sea bass was especially good it’s freshness being undisputed, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the cheese soufflé which was delicious. All washed down with a bottle of Picpoul de Pinet, what’s not to love. Staff were charming and knowledgeable. Lucky people of Kibworth Beachamp to have this restaurant on your doorstep.

We have dined at The Lighthouse several times and have always enjoyed our meals, but this time was a bit disappointing. While the food was well-cooked and nicely presented, I felt that the portion sizes didn't justify the prices. For example, the £8 prawn cocktail came with only 3 king prawns and a small amount of lettuce and sauce, without even any bread. My Bavette steak with blue cheese sauce and fries was tasty but at £22.50, I didn't feel it was worth the cost compared to other similar restaurants. I skipped dessert and opted for coffee/hot chocolate with Nutella or biscotti and cream, which was delicious and highly recommended. While some of the other diners enjoyed their meals, they a...
