"Location was great, in the heart of Tenby town. Seating was comfortable, and it was a good place to get a little bit of privacy away from the busyness of the town at peak times. The coffee wasn't very appealing with limited menu options (such as no filter), but this seems to be standard for both the area other Instagram-influenced coffee places, so it didn't factor into my review too much. I went with a mocha, with the intent of masking the taste of overly dark bitter beans that you often get at these types of places (which turned out to be a good decision, I'd recommend the same if you want to enjoy a decent drink here). The above would all be passable, but the experience of sitting-in was not the best. Upon entry, you need to wait to be seated, which I understand may be used to help control the crowd during busy periods but I think it drastically reduces the likeability of this place. It's a coffee shop serving toast for £2.50 in Tenby, not a Michelin star restaurant in London, you'd like for it to embrace its surroundings and not try to be something it isn't. Also the staff were not the most friendly during our visit. We asked simple questions regarding menu options and were treated as if we'd asked something stupid. The staff seemed untrained/inexperienced, which is fine because we thought maybe they could all be new, but then maybe you could question the employer if standards could drop like this. Our overall takeaway from the experience was that we felt like our presence wasn't wanted in the shop, which is quite bizarre given what a café is supposed to be, at least in my eyes anyway."
