The Lower New Inn - Speisekarte

Pleasant decor, but a bit noisy, though you can't blame the establishment for that. Staff were pleasant and the food was good but not great. I ordered a rare steak but received a medium. Starters were very good.

My friends and family visited this restaurant during the Christmas season. The ambiance was wonderful with attentive staff and delicious food that was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. This is a fantastic spot for food enthusiasts in the area.

Food was beautiful mine especially was so delicious and good quality beer and lager not watered down just right nice and smooth. Fairplay to the staff though it was especially busy when we went and we weren't the best customers kids running around a lot of shouting talking over each other. The staff held it all together and were very professional I would of cracked.

Met small group of friends, none of whom had visited before. It was my second visit, the food was excellent quality. Staff were attentive and friendly. Hygiene in rest rooms was good. My friends loved the atmosphere all enjoyed every aspect of our visit here. Would commend the hard work of staff in their hard work and commitment to achieving such high standards. Would recommend!!

a date night very well spent in the lower new inn. we are so blessed that we have such a beautiful pub with amazing staff on the road from our home. we don't always have time to visit, but if we really treat it. excellent eating, standards do not slip here. hubby had the cider braised pork bell that was boiled to perfection, I had the filled chicken conqueror that was delicious. all employees can do enough for them, and we have a gift voucher from christmas on bill, no problems there. always a joy to go back. thank you, lni xx

We had an absolutely lovely experience at this restaurant. Everything was cooked and presented perfectly. Our family traveled a long way to dine here and we were not disappointed. One guest even said the tuna with sauce was fantastic, and they are used to dining at very expensive restaurants, so it was a great compliment. The desserts were delicious but quite large. The only downside was that it was a bit cold at the back of the restaurant, but the amazing food made up for it. Thank you to the staff for providing us with a wonderful New Year's Day meal. The service was brilliant and the food was equally fantastic.

a beautiful facility and a part of the old building charme was maintained. comfortable and airy dining area. eating is generally expensive for the contrary, but the price is for food quality and presentation. expect them to drink about £50 to £60 for a meal and for 2. However, the bill can soon be up when with appetizers, welsh steak and desserts. they can easily blow through £100. I would come more often, but with my monthly eating out of the budget this must be a special occasion for us. I was twice and both of them had a wonderful evening with good eating, served hot, in a timely manner and by very friendly and attentive staff.

We were incredibly impressed by this restaurant - the food, the ambiance, and the service were all fantastic. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The Sunday Roast was exceptional, one of the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time. It came with all the traditional trimmings, but we also ordered the cauliflower cheese and Dauphinoise on the side, which were absolutely delicious. The meal was well worth the price, and I am looking forward to returning to try their main menu. We dined in the bar area, which had a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
