this is my view after the best pub in dorking and environment perhaps further, eating here is absolutely beautiful! a must visit

as a trinker pub, as a venue for a private party or as a place to have a decent meal, it will fulfill all or its expectations(and exceed).

Very good food and a lovely garden setting, just one very rude female member of staff who needs a lesson in how to speak to people which let the place down...

This pub is a fantastic hidden gem! The staff are friendly, the food is great, there is a large garden, and best of all... there is a secret Narnia room! In my opinion, a visit to this place is a must. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely pub with a nice atmosphere ans lovely food! Tidy and clean with a lovely beer garden at the rear. Staff Ellen,Claire,Missy,Declan) were very friendly and made us feel so welcome! Was our first visit and definitely not the last!

very good food (have fresh Scottish cuddles in wein and cream sauce with domestic chips) very attentive staff and great atmosphere. we meet with our friend in this pub because they have 2 dogs that are allowed here. this is the third time and all three visits were thrilled.

Been to this lovely pub many many times and plan on going there many more! Good prices and as lovely as it is inside the outside area with the little booths takes the cake for me! Tried one of their hot dogs on my most recent visit and it was huge as you can see from the pictures and absolutely delicious! Messy to eat but it was honestly so good I didn't mind one bit!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant for Sunday roast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The baked brie cheese was a standout dish to share, and the lamb roast was one of the best I've ever had. My wife enjoyed her chicken roast as well. The gravy they use is not your typical cheap variety, but more like a jus that was absolutely fabulous. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I was visiting Dorking for the first time and while exploring the town, I stumbled upon this restaurant based on the recommendation of a nearby pub (which unfortunately wasn't serving food at the time). I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The lunch was delicious, the pint was great, and I appreciated that the restaurant was dog-friendly. The spacious garden with cubicles added to the nice atmosphere, as did the friendly staff. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town.
