"First visit for a while. Standard pub menu but our meals were very nice and service was speedy. Service by the gent at the bar was friendly and efficient. Our waitress was probably the best I've come across,friendly,attentive and was doing a great job keeping the vacated tables clean and tidy."

The service was very good, the lady serving behind the bar was polite and helpful, as was the lady who brought the food to the table. The food was very tasty too.

Great place for food. Good selection, great prices with decent portion sizes. A couple of things on the menu weren't available, but apart from that everything else was great. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Popped in for dinner before going out to a show. Hadn’t booked a table, but walked in and were offered a seat. Ordering was simple, staff were polite. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Drinks were great. Will definitley be coming here more often.

Had meal at the old house at home last week and I really enjoyed it . There was 3 of us and we all had a starter a main and a pudding we all said how nice it was . Been in a few times and never had a bad meal . It had a great atmosphere too . Looking forward to our next visit

Friendly,helpful professional staff. Food was hot cooked perfectly. Served on time tasted great. Staff asked if everything was ok which is what you want when you eat out. Would recommend a visit and can't wait to visit in the summer to enjoy the atmosphere in the out door seating area.

Have tried this pub 5 times now to support local and only been able to get food twice..kitchen closed, too many orders in, run out of food. They do not advertise ' no food ' and so you buy a drink before you find out, too many excuses.cannot be relied on for evening out. Very disappointing
