Busy dinnertime. Food was great but staff had many tables so were quite busy. Mushroom pie and vegan burger were great!

This is a fantastic spot for families! There’s plenty for kids to enjoy while you relax with a cold cider. The lamb roast was incredibly tender, accompanied by a generous gravy boat. I highly recommend this place!

Today was fantastic! The roast we had was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had a guest with numerous allergies, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure their safety. We will definitely be returning soon! Speisekarte ansehen

What a beautiful place both inside and out. It has a cute little shop inside you can buy jams flowers and other home made/grown items. We had Sunday lunch, and omg it was delicious and very plentiful. Staff were so nice and friendly too. Would definitely recommend. X

I don't often write reviews, but I had one of the best Sunday roasts at The Old Thatch. The atmosphere was fantastic—it's a charming countryside pub with friendly staff and outstanding food. It may be a bit of a drive for us, but we'll definitely make a special effort to return.

My favourite place to eat. Top quality food, best meals I've ever had... And the setting is brilliant. There is an outside area with tents, and a stage for music and pizza place. We did have an issue whereby our ticket was lost for a Sunday roast, although we had to wait for some additional time it was handled well, honesty goes along way and this was also reflected in our bill. An amazing Sunday roast and they’re very accommodating with Children. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place! The beautiful outdoor area features a pizza bar and refreshing beers, creating a fun summer festival atmosphere with great music. They also host live outdoor events, which adds to the experience. It’s a perfect spot for families, with games and activities for everyone. The pub has a nice menu, and the staff provides friendly service, making for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Really enjoyed our lunch today! We turned up just after noon, without a booking, and although they were going to be really busy, they accommodated us (6 adults and 3 children) without any hassle. The food was great and the staff really friendly. We had artisan breads with a lovely olive oil/balsamic vinegar mix. Really tasty and nicely presented prawn cocktail-with-a-difference. Very nice Sunday roasts -with lashings of gravy! All reasonably priced too. The lovely old pub also has an outside eating area under a marquee. Plus an additional outside pizza area and bar, with a great children's play area, under the trees. We will definitely be going back and look forward to the live music session... Speisekarte ansehen
