Excellent venue , staff friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Fabulous food at fabulous price. Even had a licence to sell alcohol, I was surprised as its in the college, I will be back.

Amazing service, more food than you could possibly eat portion wise the staff were brilliant. We will be back, 5 stars all round

Throughly disappointed with the shocking service and lack lustre food.. sandwiches tasteless, scone ok but not enough of it “desserts” were nibbles at best. Had to wait ages for a pot of tea to come with the afternoon tea, dirty cups and a stainless steel tea pot from a back street cafe .. will not go again.

Excellent afternoon tea. Had it as a takeaway couldn’t fault it. Nice choice of sandwiches. Scones absolutely beautiful with jam clotted cream 3 other cakes each. All boxed up ready for collection at the arranged time. Great service great value for money. Thanks very much for a lovely Good Friday treat. This is a lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious, fresh, and has many homemade options. My husband and I recently had a delightful lunch outside. The homemade quiche was amazing and the portions were generous. I have also attended evening events and afternoon teas with friends, which were always enjoyable. My colleagues and I recently took advantage of their coffee and cake offer and were very pleased. Glasshouse is a fantastic spot for any occasion. Thank you for the outstanding service, food, and atmosphere.

Went here for afternoon tea for two. We booked this through Groupon which was basically a half price offer , around £20 instead of around £40. It was ok for what we paid but would not have been happy if we had paid the full price. The bread was a little dry and seemed to be just standard thin white and brown sliced bread. Would have liked a little more quantity of sandwiches. The scone was lovely and fresh. The choice of cakes was a choice of three different types of sponge cakes. It would have been nice to have not all sponge , a cheesecake , a sponge and a tart would have been better. The sponge cakes were lovely and fresh though. Went here with a group of friends for the ABBA evening, price included a choice of food platters. Food service was a shambles, my friend and I had ordered one cheese and one antipasti platter, it was given to us , then taken away as apparently wasn’t ours, we were then served a cheese board, just cheese, lots of it, with a few crackers…no antipasti …so I went to ask where it was to be told they didn’t think they had anymore, guess someone ran out to Aldi as something did eventually turn up 20 minutes later….
