This is the perfect spot to enjoy some drinks during the World Cup and grab a meal afterwards. The staff is friendly and the manager is experienced. And if you've had a bit too much, you can even get a room to crash in.

The Sporty is a fantastic spot to watch football and grab a few drinks. The atmosphere is lovely and there are plenty of people on both sides of the bar. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. A visit to this pub is highly recommended.

always one of my favorite pubs in the opposite through all his rejuvenations since I was 18. only a more comfortable pub, good prices, nice selection to be and eating is also quite good. they still travel from the other side of london for a few pints here occasionally. Speisekarte ansehen

Visited for a family meal staff was extremely friendly and helpful as it was our first visit the food was lovely waiting time was efficient as staff knew we didnt have a lot of time to wait they made sure we got our food and we all very much enjoyed it was great menu choices and great value for money the atmosphere around the pub was warm and friendly would highly recommend

I 'm a regular in this establishment and must say the pub 's been very unstable for a few months now, mainly due to a lack of staff, and a permanent manager. The food 's been hit and miss also, but my faith was restored tonight when I endulged in the ' Ultimate Burger ' on the menu, as well as being very large, good job I was hungry, it was extremely tasty . Just a shame they served up the wrong burger first and I had to wait a further 15mins for the correct one! Hence the 4 stars instead of 5 .

We were travelling some distance and on impulse decided to book a hostelry on the way home, this was our choice looking at the great value of the menu We were acknowledged on arrival, shown to our table by the excellent Matt, who'd also been very good on the phone call. Festive menu as requested was provided, we order at the bar and starters arrived promptly, duck pate was tasty, prawn and salmon cocktail was nice, generous prawns but a little stingy on the salmon Mains weren't long, tidily presented, the root veg roast was amazing, as a Flexitarian this really hit the spot, the Roast Turkey was piping hot.
