The Robin Hood Inn - Speisekarte

This was a lunch for 14 hungry Walkers following a 5 mile walk locally. The Pub were efficient in their service and the food was very good and enjoyed by all. Thank you Robin Hood. Recommended Lunch Stop. Liphook U3A Walking Group.

The Robin Hood hosted my mother-in-law's wake. They did a fantastic job looking after our family and friends. Service was first class and all the staff were wonderful. My wife and I stayed in the very nice accommodation upstairs. Highly recommend.

We visited this Inn for lunch today (5th) and had lovely meals. The sticky toffee pudding was outstanding. Served by Scarlet. Who was very friendly and helpful. The food was fairly priced and very good. With no rush to get us out. Will certainly call again. Speisekarte ansehen

We stayed here ahead of the great south run and on arrival were pleased as it is set in a lovely village. When getting into the room it was dirty and cold. We enquired about getting the heating switched on and no one was able to help us. We were told “it tends to warm up in the evening” it didn’t. There were hair grips on the floor from a previous occupant and dirt along the windowsills, including dead spiders and flies.

I have stayed at this place several times now and I have to say, it is a wonderful village with friendly people. The rooms are elegant and stylish, the beds are comfortable, and the food is delicious. The staff goes above and beyond, and the owners Lee and Michelle are fantastic hosts who make you feel right at home. I will always choose to stay here whenever I am in the Portsmouth area. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly. The food was satisfactory, but given the beautiful location, I was hoping for something exceptional. The prices seemed high for a plain roast with basic vegetables. Additionally, we had to pay extra for cauliflower cheese, priced at £3.95, and starting prices for roasts were £12.95, with an additional cost for beef. While there was nothing particularly wrong with our meal, I personally found it to be overpriced for what it was. We had a great lunch today and I only write reviews when the service has been good. Well today its been great. Thank you to Brook and Levi (hope that is your name, had to remember what Brook said! . We were asked what drinks we wanted within minutes of sitting down. Our food order was taken and we were warned that there was a big table that had just ordered so it would be a little while before we got our food. Levi checked on us and said it wouldn't be too much longer and asked us if we would like more drinks. Perfect service, thank you so much. Booked this hotel online and had to change the dates. Emailed them and then spoke to the manager on the phone who sounded very helpful and assured me there was no problem to change the date. So I booked 4 nights for 20th September. On arrival I was told we did not have a booking, although they did find my email and I had information that would not have been known to me other than having had a conversation. They were most unhelpful and did not try to find alternative accommodation, despite it being evening and we were strangers to the area. All they offered was a cup of coffee! So beware when booking with this establishment. Luckily we ended up in a far better place but only after a stressful...

We found ourselves in Rowlands Castle again and decided to stop by for lunch. We both chose the delicious gluten-free chicken, leek, and ham pie from the specials board. The meal arrived quickly and was served hot with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Although we were too full for dessert, we would have loved to try one. We discovered on their website that there is a 25% discount on Mondays and Tuesdays if you mention their code, so we decided to treat ourselves. I ordered the steak and kidney pudding with new potatoes and fresh vegetables, but unfortunately, it arrived barely warm.
