Went for a birthday celebrations with friends the food was good and the service was excellent would definitely recommend

A lovely setting, ambience and great menus for lunch and dinner. (Three chose from the former and two of us the latter. It's hard to find lamb on a menu and hence all the more special! A really nice place to reunite as a family...

Had a group meal here on boxing day. We had pre ordered. Everything was spot on! Service was friendly and chilled. Food was fantastic....huge portions and beautifully cooked and presented. The pub itself has a lovely feel to it and is quirky and cosy. Thank you. We will be back!

I had an incredible experience at Rose Cottage. The food and service were exceptional. I ordered the Prim and Proper Burger, and it was delicious. My friend had the fish pie, which was also fantastic. Our server, Ella, was very friendly and pleasant. We will definitely be returning.

we have visited this beautiful restaurant several times and a beautiful meal, served with a smile. we have always received a warm welcome by the host and the service was the second on none. unobtrusive, but attentive – just like a top quality place should be....Our recent visit was mothering sunday, and to be fair, they were very busy, and the dings were a bit slower, but also so that this did not distract from the excellent that this place provides.

Treated my mum to a meal before Christmas as I’m not seeing her on the day. I was running late and had booked for 5pm and they kept my table till 5.30pm (I called them to let them know) Was greeted at the door by Katy who was so welcoming and lead us to the table. Service was great from all staff, food was delicious and the atmosphere and decor was fantastic. Katy was from the same area my mum and I used to live so she chatted away to us about the old neighbourhood and my mum really enjoyed her conversation. It was my mums first visit here and she will defo be returning. Thank you

Nikki and Neil and team (Izzy on the phone from booking our first table). Where so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were staying at Forest holidays.. Our first visit was the 22/12 perfect start to our holiday. We were moved table as the lovely ladies could see our dog was stressed by a large dog. Food amazing (Large portions) Second Visit 24/12 we had either starters as a main or a kids dinner (we learnt the portion size) Final visit 29/12 once again amazing service, food. The team really did make our Christmas . We live an hour away so wish they were closer to home. However we will make journeys throughout the year as Food and people worth it.
