"Friend of mine staying here right now and is scared! She just had 3 men knock on her door there’s no peep hole to check who it is, no door stopper to close the door so it won’t fully open. She was terrified as they tried to speak to her and luckily her instinct to shut the door kicked in otherwise who knows where that could have went. No one has picked up at reception/front desk and she is terrified and will be up all night making sure nothing happens to her ready to dial the police if someone knocks again. This is totally unacceptable, they need security or other security measures in place to avoid this."

We attended the Sutton Food Fest which was hosted at the Townhouse recently. Great food, good set up and liked the fact it was a secure. We came with our child so liked that it was fenced up surrounding the busy streets. Food of the day was Kool Kata Indian Street Food Location: 5

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was spacious and perfect for the three of us, complete with a generous en suite bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel’s central location in Sutton Coldfield made it easy to explore the area. Visited on a Friday night. Only went to the Night Club. Open till about 2am. Early on club was empty. Later on, after* 11/11:30 Things started to heat up on the two dance floors. Reasonable place to visit for a dance..nothing amazing though. DiscO ' Dave and Wing man Supa T* Tony S) On de dance flÖÖr ya 'll.. The beat goes on and on and on The beat don 't stop 'till the break of dawn .

The food is absolutely fantastic. Even if you don’t choose to stay here—although I highly recommend it—you should definitely come just to dine. The house sauce on the burgers and fries is outstanding. As for the menu, you can’t go wrong with the pizzas, chicken wings (definitely try the teriyaki), burgers, and fries; they’re all excellent. Rooms: 4, Service: 5, Location: 5. Hotel highlights: great value!
