"Always very accommodating especially with a couple of young kids in tow. We normally go here around 12.30 or 1pm on a Saturday but even in peak times there is always a table. The staff are lovely and nothing is ever a problem. Plenty of choice but on the odd occasion if you visit towards the end of the lunch rush not all breads will be available but that is normally to be expected I suppose. Great cappuccinos too. One thing worth mentioning is that the entryway is small and just wide enough for two people to squeeze past each other. If you have a pram be prepared to navigate carefully or manoeuvre to allow others past on their way out and so on. Overall our wee family would recommend."

Freshly 'made to order ' sandwiches from a range of possible ingredients. Toasted option available. Also 'soup and sandwich ' served. Plenty of indoor seating. Very helpful staff. Would definitely go back. Great to get a proper pot of tea! Happy to reccommend

Me and my buddy traveled to Coleraine to visit some friends (we're from America. We heard good things about this place and I'm glad to say they're all true. I had the Cajun Sub and my friend had the Sausage Bacon and Egg both toasted and both were the best sandwiches we've ever had. Also the service was really great. Great staff, Great food and excellent prices would recommend to anyone who's in Coleraine! Speisekarte ansehen

I love this place. You get the same quality of food every time you go. The girls are friendly and helpful and the sandwiches are amazing. They do sell out of certain fillings so if you have a favourite then go early. They also offer soup. Have gf available and are knowledgeable about coeliac. The range of fillings is plenty and you're guaranteed to get something delicious. Will always return to the sandwich company

I was very pleased to see this place open during my transit time at Coleraine station this morning. I stop here every time I’m in town and have done for years. My guilty pleasure is a good old fashioned freshly made chicken, stuffing mayo sandwich on the freshest white bread. The quality is consistent. The vibe is like an old fashioned local cafe with workmen and little old ladies meeting for their morning coffee. As one of the fussiest black coffee drinkers on this planet, their barista made coffee is also very good.

"We chose this as a convenient mid point venue for a birthday celebration at the Lodge Hotel Coleraine. We were greeted by unsmiling staff and shown to our table. We made our choices. The starters arrived promptly and were OK. When the main course arrived, the waitress unfortunately overbalanced her tray and the salad with blue cheese sauce slid off into my friend's bag and all over the floor! These things happen but not once did she apologise. My other friend had chosen the nut roast. This had been over microwaved to the point of cremation. She drew it to the attention of the waitress who just looked blankly at her! She finally twigged she should ask if she'd like a replacement. Again no apology. The other two mains, fish, were uninspiringly mediocre to say the least. When we'd finished these, a waitress came up with the dessert menu and said we could choose one on the house. I chose Christmas pudding which turned out to be sponge with 6 sultanas!! My two friends wanted liquer coffees and it took 20 mins before we could attract anyone's attention. We were then told the coffee machine would be closing in 10 minutes! We got the coffee and I asked for the bill and a chat with the duty manager. The chap came and chatted to me whilst I explained our unfortunate experience. He was very apologetic. I asked him to review the bill before presenting it to us. He came back with a cheesecake with a candle in and took £5 off the bill! Never again! More training def required."

"Visited lost Found in Portstewart last Friday afternoon for some lunch. Checked the outdoor menu which stated food served until 3.30pm. Went ahead on inside. Started to briefly read the menu at the till as aware from previous visits that you order on arrival yourself at the counter. Was told by the female counter staff that we had 8 minutes to place our order and to take the menus to the table. We did this. Then when we said excuse me to the same member of staff, from our table, that we’d like to order, we were told we had to come back to the till. This made no sense whatsoever. From the moment we stepped in and were told that we had 8 minutes to order should have been the red flag I guess. Friday afternoon, not long till closing, they just didn’t want to be bothered prepping two rounds of food, The two members of staff in the premises had the worst attitude and no ounce of personality to be in the role that they are in. Every thing seemed to be a complete bother. May I also add, the food was very skimp, re portion sizes plus they seem to care more about the presentation than the food itself re the logo branded paper underneath the food. Try attempting to cut sourdough bread on this, not easy unless you want a mouthful of paper. Then when it comes to hot drinks, no sugar or milk provided. Yet again had to approach the till and ask for these to be provided with milk in a paper cup yet another couple had a glass jug of milk on their table (less dishes to wash I guess) and no white sugar at all, had to make do with brown sugar for tea. When asked for refills of hot water we were given a half full glass of this and then when asked for it to be filled up, yet again a whole botheration. Oh and don’t even get me started on the toilet facilities. Dingy to say the least. The premises in portstewart should never have reopened when it did as Lost and Found, previous owner/cafe was far more superior in all ways. Will not be back"
