"We were invited to Ledbury for a family party and decided to book here for 2 nights and paid £240. Because of the very uncomfortable beds, a constantly dripping tap and a church bell which chimed ever hour we didn't sleep so chose to cancel the second night. This had a massive impact on our weekend and had to spend the afternoon of the following day in another hotel catching up on sleep so barely saw our family. Duty staff were understanding but failed to act positively and the elusive management have also failed to respond to our complaint. I'm a fair person and have been very reluctant to write this review as businesses are struggling but feel the hotel has had ample time to offer a refund or contribution towards the cancelled 2nd night. After all they were very enthusiastic about ensuring we paid in full on arrival. Very disappointing. The photos are also not representative of the rooms!"

Just stopped for a quick drink and snack Sunday lunchtime.found we could order chicken goujons(4),£4.00 and skin on fries for the two of us to share.great!didn't need much but there was plenty and piping hot.great service from 2 very able and personable young women.very attentive and also helpful.a credit.eaten here before and never disappointed. I was visiting Ledbury and wanted to stop for a Sunday roast, I googled pubs and found the seven stars looked at their menu and photos and decided to look a table, It was easy booking email confirmation and txt to check you were still coming the day before The staff were very attentive and polite the choice of Sunday roast was beef or pork with seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding on both roast, the service was quick and food was excellent I would definitely recommend it Thank you
