Breakfasts are brilliant value for money, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Bit too rowdy for me of an evening but great spot for a quick bite and cheap pint!

Requested a medium steak.Tge rare steak was indeed rare.A rare example of a poor quality and poorly cooked steak.I cook steak everyday of the week.I'd be embarrassed to serve this.

Visited just after 2 o'clock on Thursday 14th so 3 of us ate from afternoon menu and one from normal. 4 mains plus drink offers came to £43. Food arrived quickly and we all enjoyed our meals. Excellent value for money and super service.

impressive building . very busy at 1100 . ordered a sirloin steak . served with a sirloin steak and chips . no salad or garnish . didnt look like a meal . if you want all the trimmings its an extra £2.00 . if this is the new standard , we will eat elsewhere , not at wetherspoons.

Went in the George for a few drinks when a colleague was retiring The attitude of the young lady behind the bar was disgraceful Yes some of the party where stood next to the bar getting drinks and chatting But to tell our party angrily to move away or F..k off was well out of order We drunk our drinks and left and when to the real ale pub next door

We stopped by for lunch and had an amazing meal. My wife ordered the BBQ chicken, bacon, and cheese panini with chips and she said it was definitely worth it. I tried the midday brunch and it was surprisingly large and delicious. I was full but satisfied at a great price. The service was also quick and efficient. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Once again, there are always individuals who attempt to exploit a newly opened establishment. They complain about everything, from the table they were given (even though they didn't make a reservation) to the temperature of the butter. I sympathized with the staff who went above and beyond, even bringing new meals. They couldn't have done more. Our meal was exceptional - two delicious juicy steaks, a bottle of wine, and delightful desserts. What else could you ask for? Congratulations to Charlotte and the rest of the team. Sorry you had to deal with those entitled individuals. We will definitely return.

Having lived in a village not far from Bewdley have passed the George numerous times over the years so finally to stay for a couple of days was a treat. Great place and our room overlooked Load Street. Lovely buildings to look at it hasn't changed in years still has its old world charm. Our room was large with a large bathroom everything you would need in a room also an iron and ironing board. Managing the stairs was a challenge with luggage they are very steep and windy but we did help when we checked in. The breakfast was good an extensive menu all served with a smile. Excellent staff always smiling. This is a very busy place, full of atmosphere and would heartily recommend.
