we came to a meal at short notice after a family funeral (party of 10 diners). the staff was very friendly, friendly and nothing was too much annoyed. a great thank you will definitely come back.

I booked a table. no problems and was welcomed by freindly staff and shown on our table. I met the cook. eating tastes amazing can not fail it came piping hot and tasted fresh. will go again. highly recommended

Lovely place. Staff in a muddle, but very friendly. Food was not great. And then got other people’s drinks put on our bill. Shame because we come from Frinton to try it out. Might of just been a bad night but sorry no excuse for the bill.

it was for our preordered booking to find the place completely that we were locked without staying. passing local confirmed that they did not reopen as the lock restrictions were facilitated. I know covid has caused problems, but if they are not legitimate trading (insolvenz might not mark their rooms as on booking.com!
