"The day was awful, we sat at table at 2.30 and wasn’t even offered a drink for 40mins. The service was non existent. The food was undercooked and not edible. We had to ask for our pudding to be rush out as by this point we had reached despair. It was 6pm so had been hours. It seems that the Christmas spirit was not there. The bill was £95 a head and had ruined my day to be honest. Lots of people complaining, no drink offered to non drinkers. Also, the owner stated when complained that he had been overwhelmed. What a poor answer and no consideration to what our Christmas Day had become."

Food was incredible and I had a couple of cocktails which were amazing. Our serve Georgia (I believe her name was) was wonderful really happy and helpful. Was a perfect evening and experience.

We stopped here on our way back home on a Monday bank holiday in August and it was a welcoming service. Very unique delicious food and service was excellent. Very friendly, smiley, staff. Lovely atmosphere. Great location with car park space. Would recommend it. Food drinks: We tried the burger and the messy starter and chicken fajitas and starter was our favourite. Service: 5

My family attended a table for the Boxing day festive menu at Heaven's kitchen. We were all very impressed with the level of customer service. Our waiter was attentive, efficient and also had a great humor and made us laugh. The food was delicious!! Fabulous dishes and the price was extremely reasonable. It was most of our first time visiting here and we will definitely be back. Service: 5
