"We visited with friends for a Sunday Roast, decided to go for the mix of 3 meats. We were very disappointed, not only we waited for the food for a long time but the food came out cold, not to mention the portion of meat was so small. On a plate I got 3 small pieces of cold meat, what looked like 1 big potato cut into 4 pieces, 1 Yorkshire pudding with a very dry stuffing. We told the waitress the meat was cold and she took it away only to bring it back only for us to find out it barely warm. At this point we were so hungry we decided to just eat it. The potatoes must have been put back into the oven as they were very hot but the outside skin was so hard my knife barely cut through it. The portion of food was so small that we decided to go eat somewhere else straight away after. On top of all this the door leading to the restaurant was kept on being open and shut loudly all the time by people coming in and out, literally the noise was so distracting and annoying, all it would take is for them to fit a overhead door closer. Definitely wont be back again. Parking: Small car park which was full so had to find parking on a street which was also almost full. we had a good time here, and the personal was friendly and courteous. beautiful beer garden and a mini game area with swings and climbing frames to keep the small entertained. a beautiful parking space in front. the food was tasty and the portions were a good size
