Rooms: Absolutely shocking and in dire need of upgrades in both fittings and beds. Nearby activities: Conveniently located near the NEC, which is perfect for events there.

Rooms are tired, not all equipment works, one very unfriendly receptionist. Breakfast very nice, majority of staff members helpful and efficient. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 5

The food was enjoyable. However, some of the beers on tap were empty, and we had to request the bill three times. On a positive note, they do offer vegan options for food and drinks. Speisekarte ansehen

Good location for the NEC. Very obliging waiting on staff in the restaurant (reservation is recommended) but the food was mediocre. Breakfast adequate. Room tired and I had a lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

I had another fantastic weekend here! We really enjoy the location, and our room was excellent! We had a delightful dinner at the restaurant with amazing food and a great atmosphere! Cat at the reception was incredibly friendly! We can't wait to return soon!

This is a charming restaurant situated in a pleasant and tranquil location. While the rooms could use a refresh, the staff are very professional, and the breakfast was served hot and was enjoyable. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 5. Speisekarte ansehen

We would love to come back! The receptionist was warm and beautiful. The breakfast was just how we like it, and we really appreciated the option to choose what we wanted. It was a bit noisy because of an event happening, but it wasn’t an issue. The view from the hotel is incredible!

Attended for a meal and booked the Saturday special omg the best food I’ve ever had. Pan seared scallops, cauliflower puree, cauliflower with caper and raisin purée followed by breast of duck served pink, charred chicory, fondant potatoes red wine sauce. This food is amazing and the service second to none. A must go and ask for the New special menu. Rooms: 4

Food drinks: Lunch today with a group of 22 friends. Unfortunately. Although we preordered our food due to being a large group the service was dreadful and the food disappointing to say the least. Water jug was dirty (looked like flowers had be in it, the crockery for one diner was badly chipped which is simply not acceptable. Some investment on staff training on how to serve food would be useful. I strongly feel the restaurant was dreadfully under staffed today which resulted in dirty plates being left in front of us for an unacceptable time and desserts being served long after the main meal was eventually served.
