The Venue - Speisekarte

This place is unbelievable, the food is out of this world and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Found my new regular.

It is a good seaside venue with a wide selection of food. If you like the sea view and friendly staff with rapid service you will be pleased.

Absolutely cannot fault it, The food was excellent the staff was brilliant I took a group of 20 family and friends, We really enjoyed the atmosphere, We definitely will go again, Thank you for a lovely evening. Elaine

hadn't been around for a few years, but will certainly go back. we had all garlic mushrooms for a starter, it was the best we ever had, great. I had chicken and ragcake, the woman had a bell for the main thing. both meals were very good (turnip was a bit hard, too bigga chunk.) the service was excellent. no gloomy, we couldn't fit them in. we would definitely recommend it.

I went out for a Christmas meal with my colleagues. We had a good time and the staff was quick to assist us. My only complaint was that I was seated with my back to the sea, and the wind coming from the sea made it really cold. The staff did turn on the heating to help a bit, but it was still chilly. Despite this, I would like to come back here as the food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our group party enjoyable.

Absolutely brilliant Mother's Day lunch, all thanks to The Venue. The set menu was amazing with a surprising amount of vegetarian alternatives. The food was delicious and plentiful. I mean, the portions were big. More than worth the modest proce tag! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when getting some melon for my niece, even though it wasn't technically available. The service staff were outstanding and friendly. I am so glad that The Venue is around.

This is a great review of a local pub that is dog-friendly and serves good food. The interior is nicely laid out, not too fancy but just right. The view from the front of the pub overlooking the seafront is beautiful. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I would definitely return. The pub also has a restaurant upstairs, a room available for hire downstairs, and a large car park.

We hosted our son's baptism at this restaurant and were very pleased with the venue. We opted for the Spirit function suite as it was more accessible for older family members. Everyone enjoyed the food, commenting on its quality and generous portions. The young girl working at the bar was exceptional and the management was great. However, we did feel slightly rushed towards the end as we were under the impression that we could continue drinking as long as we wanted, especially since there were still around 15 of us spending money. Nevertheless, we were informed that the restaurant closed at 12:45.

we visited on Sunday afternoon and had a drink on their terrace, which has a beautiful view of the sea. we were in the middle of the day. the interior is well furnished in a modern style. I found it a more comfortable place to be with many tables for larger groups. great that they are an extended family or those who are looking for somewhere for a celebration. I had the fish cake that was excellent. many salmon, cloves, kartoffels and magically melted cheese. I was in heaven. my friend had the beef-rust dinner I included so they can see what they get. she was not happy with the filling as we both like it crispy and she felt that the bark was over when she likes her bark a bit pink.
