"we enjoyed our time at truffle very much. eating was fantastic and service was impeccable. we went as a group of 6 and booked in advance to guarantee a table. we had all 3 courses with gin, beer and wein. They have a BYOB policy without cork fee. the meals are good portions and they serve freshly cooked vegetables on the side. our table had 4 of the 6 different sorts of pornstars and everyone was impressed. the food was perfectly cooked. I had makrele as an appetizer and laughs as a star. the decor is beautiful and the atmosphere was relaxed. we felt welcome to be there and not rushed as they do in some restaurants. definitiw would recommend truffle!"

"I’d not heard of Gilligan’s before but some friends suggested it. Gluten free options are not marked on the menu but the manager came over and went through them several fish and veggie options (no meat ones on our visit which wasn’t a problem for us). All three course were spectacular. Best food I’ve eaten out for ages. Plus it’s BYO. (Note BYO alcohol only not soft drinks we made a mistake so designated driver mistakenly brought their own but had to buy from the bar not a problem). Service was good. Would definitely go back."

"If you're looking for an authentic taste of Japan, Cha-ty will remind you of true Japanese cuisine, and that it's possible to enjoy the tastes and flavours of Japanese food in the UK, without breaking the bank. Lunch is excellent value for money, and I enjoyed a spicy vegetable curry with rice. You can also enjoy iced coffee without sugar or syrup. The Japanese owner of Cha-ty bakes her own delicious cakes, again a true taste of Japanese sweets and cakes. Having lived in Japan for 15 years I can vouch for the authenticity of the Japanese flavours and tastes of this cafe. So if you're missing Japanese style cuisine head over to Cha-ty in the Mumbles, South Wales."

"I have been wanting to visit here for ages but the stars have never aligned until Saturday. We were extremely lucky to get a walk in for the two of us. We were greeted by the owner and shown to a table. As we didn't have any drinks with us Peter suggested Tesco a few doors down and I was able to grab a bottle to enjoy with the meal. The service was wonderful and friendly and it felt like we had been going there for years, with just the right amount of care and advice. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We had the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and they were beautiful. The satay was amazing and was much darker in colour than any I have had before, but much better in flavour than any I have had before, I would definitely have these again. For main I had a chicken rendang and my wife ordered gule monkfish. The rendang was again perfect for my tastes. Spicy but flavourful with a generous portion that would satisfy the majority of eaters. I would have had seconds, even though I was stuffed because it was so good. I can't comment too much on the monkfish as I have a dislike of seafood, but my wife raved about it and said she's having the same again next time without question. So I think that sums it up. We finished with deserts of a rice pudding dish I think was called bubar, which was black rice and coconut, and the second dish we ordered was a Banana coconut pancake to which I forget the name. Again I couldn't find fault if I tried another 10 out of 10. At the end of the meal we met owner and chef Ami, who came to chat. It was lovely speaking to the owners and their passion for the food and customer service was clear. We cannot wait until our next visit"

"Went to Dilly"s as a treat after my sons first day at college. I'm Coeliac vegetarian and as I hadn't booked ahead, was just hoping they could make me something. The young man serving was so lovely and helpful with a big smile on his face. What a delightful young mann. The other two people there were also very welcoming. My son had a panini meal deal with crisps and drink which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had a jacket potato with goats cheese, red onion and rocket with side salad. It was absolutely delicious. We had chocolate cake to take away, including a gf brownie. All very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this beautiful little cafe"
