I ordered a sweet tea and they even had alternative milk options to go with a Yorkshire tea. Overall, I was impressed with the experience.

We made a special trip to this restaurant from the seafront based on the positive reviews on TripAdvisor, and we were not let down. We split a delicious cheese scone and a vegan plum and ginger cake, both of which were of excellent quality. The tea was also high quality, and the owner was very friendly. beautiful teeroom in the lively park view area of whitley bay. we ordered two takeaway paninis from vegan cheese, mushrooms, sun-dried tomato, salad, caramelized wobble and a balsam glaze. absolutely delicious. also ordered a chocolate, strawberry, which was also very tasteful. many menu choices, nice staff, great eating, which does not like this place.

We also indulged in a chocolate strawberry scone which was bursting with flavor. With a varied menu, friendly staff, and delicious food, what's not to love about this place?

We had a lovely afternoon at this restaurant. They had a great variety of sandwiches, including ones with ham and cheese, jam, and chocolate. We also enjoyed the Victoria sponge and chocolate cake, along with a large pot of coffee. The kids had a smaller portion, along with pink lemonade served in cute little milk bottles. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

What a treat..... Popped in for a cup of tea, when the charming gentleman at the till told us that there were hot scones almost ready to be plated up.....Well say no more....yes please. My sister wanted the fruit one and I plumped for the cheese. Our lovely man told us that we should then opt for the high~tea scone combo, which included jam and cream and tea, or cheese and pickle with tea. The perfect choice.
