Went in for a meal the food was excellent very tasty and lots of it good value for money couldn’t eat it all The staff are friendly would highly recommend

I had a fantastic Sunday lunch! The chef and the team were incredibly attentive and accommodating. I love this place and always make it a point to dine here whenever I'm in Skegness.

Visited here after attempting to eat at the white horse in skegness, staff in there were extremely blunt and rude, we went to the welcome Inn and was welcomed by friendly staff and great food Speisekarte ansehen

Great place to eat. Warm welcoming staff. Nothing too much and good value for money. Have eaten here before many times so asked if they could do a family carvery for 31 people with food allergies. They met every need. Family loved the day .

Our experience has declined since our last visit. We should have taken the hint when we noticed the parking lot was nearly empty. As we entered, the place seemed a bit neglected, but we chose to stay and have a meal anyway. The food was decent, but the table left much to be desired; it had remnants of dried food on it. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Went for Sunday Lunch,bot staff behind bar were on their mobile phones and had to ait for them to stop texting.As I had never had a carvery before decided to have one.Refused first serving of pork as it was dry and just bits.No roast potatoes,peas like bullets and you could play tiddlywinks with carrots.At one o'clock on a Sunday the pub had the atmosphere of a morgue.If the owners are going to venture into the Sunday Carvery market,they are going to do much better.When I left both staff glued to their phones,really appalling customer service. The food was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we entered the bar area, an older waitress seated us at a table that was still wet from previous customers' spills. She promised to come back and clean it up, but here I am a week later still waiting! I then went to the bar to order two meals and stood there for about 2-3 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, who were too busy chatting to pay attention to paying customers. The only redeeming factor was the food—it was incredible, and the steak pie was the best I’ve ever had. It’s just a shame that the service was such a letdown.

When arriving the pub looked clean tidy and loads outside space walking in we was welcomed with a nice frieandly smile and a bucks fizz we was shown to our table and offered drinks and kids was given couloring books a Christmas activity pack the place was decorated lovely the staff was so frieandly amd welcoming nothing was to much bother... the food well!!! We ate dinner here rather than on the holiday park. Prices fair. It's pub grub with emphasis on the grill. Bartender was new and left on his own which he apologised for, but we didn't wait long and a nice chap. Childs meal good and partners home made lasagne was excellent as were the dirty fries and the onion rings sides. Ordered two burgers. These were undercooked, but, I don't think it was a reflection on the chef. They seemed quite gristley and would be a pain to cook through. We had a full refund on those anyway. It's got potential this place but not a manager in sight for whatever reason and the staff are left to struggle. No ketchup in the building at all and looked a bit run down. Som... Speisekarte ansehen
