The Wharf - Speisekarte

I and the family came from the new menu for Sunday dinner and cannot recommend enough. the service was incredible and they have met our needs.

only back from the wharf and had the most beautiful Sunday roast and to die for sticky toffee pudding! the staff was most attentive will go back to any case!

avoid them... most lively atmosphere. Bar employees rude and lazy only interested in gangster friends. I'm downhill, what a shame. Beverage rounds same drinks each time, each price calculated.

Went with the family to this lovely canalside pub we ordered the roast dinner which was lovely the bar staff rowan snd josie were brilliant and made sure we had a lovely time! Looking forward to our next visit

on Friday for a meal fought and must say it was great, that is good news because they haven't done so well lately. eat excellent and service good. bar staff exceptional as always, especially rowan, who is a pleasure.

Sadly, I must add to the poor reviews below. Our Mother's Day experience was much the same, ie, minute wait for food after ordering, hard roast potatoes, watery sauce for cauliflower, another long wait for desserts, some of which were still frozen. I was...given money off the bill but would have preferred good service and good food. We had a similar experience the previous Monday. The food at the Wharf used to be great, with punctual service but something has gone seriously wrong here. Please McManus Taverns, sort this out.

Took my mum and dad for Sunday lunch for mother's Day. Not impressed at all. Plates were cold and food was luke warm. They took the food back to warm it up well that was a joke as the plates were still cold and food...was luke warm. Roast potatoes were hard and I had cauliflower cheese. I have seen thicker soup than the cheese sauce which incidentally tasted nothing like cheese sauce. My mum then decided to have a brandy only to be told they didn't have any. Really, a pub with no brandy. I felt sorry for the waitresses as they were rushed off their feet and we were not the only ones complaining. Will not be going back.

a group of 10 family members went for a pick up and eat out. although it was a busy Saturday afternoon in the pub, the whole experience was beautiful. we had not booked what was not a problem! eating was delicious, (gammon, fish chips, burger, nachos) everyone really enjoyed their meal. all served fast, hot, with the usual huge smile. julie leads to an example, she works so hard, always fast to serve, pick, clean with a cheerful smile. simone is just a star! the staff here are wonderful made to feel welcome in this establishment is an understatement! Even the dog got a bowl of water and a tasty bite! Many thanks for a very special afternoon x

We had booked a table for for Mother's Day for We didn't order starters, probably just as well as it took over minutes for our food to be served. The food was lukewarm at best. The side of cauliflower cheese had extremely...runny cheese sauce. We ordered dessert, however, after waiting for around minutes (with the waitress having chased it twice), we gave up. The organisation was shocking. The waitress was trying her best to help, but was hindered considerably by the lack of management. In all, we paid just under for the food and drinks, which was too much. Given this was supposed to be a treat for Mother's day, this was extremely disappointing and ruined the whole day for us.
