Really busy on arrival ,with father's day and football ,but we managed to get a table to have food which was really tasty and good .

Visited for Sunday lunch was very tasty even my children were happy and great drinks deserts will be back at some point …. Staff make the place all friendly and very efficient

The staff are welcoming,friendly and very helpful at all times. They respect people's privacy. The pub has a great atmosphere, and outside is a lovely place to chill. I would highly recommend a stay here. Speisekarte ansehen

Staff are lovely but not happy at uniforms ...skirts are far too short on the waitresses you could see their bottoms ...one girl had ladders in front and back of tights ...when she bent over it was not attractive . Sorry just speaking as a head waitress myself

Nicely prepared room that was clean well presented. There was TV, Wi-Fi coffee tea making facilities. There was a large shower cubicle towels. After an evening out, we we're able to have a drink in the bar. Great value. There is a cricket ground right next to the pub.

Brilliant local pub offering a wide choice of food from sandwiches to meals. The salmon is full of flavour and well cooked. Great service from very friendly helpful staff. Good food. Stay here one night with a few friends when we had tickets for a gig at the Kirkstall Abbey. We had lunch and a few beers when we arrived. Food portions were good and overall very good value. Good choice of local beers and lagers. Pub garden overlooks the cricket pitch which was nice. I'd recommend this place over the usual Premier Inn etc, our room was perfect for what we needed.

Went for Sunday lunch with some visitors to our locality. It was a really nice meal with polite welcoming staff and a wonderful Sunday roast. There was enough food for 2 people on my plate! I had to leave some because I was so full. Our guests enjoyed the food and one who had the fish pie kept saying it was delicious! I will certainly come for an early Sunday lunch again. It was good value, good service and good food.

We booked for dinner this evenng. Staff had had no training and were not keen to make themselves known. We didn’t feel a welcoming greeting and indeed had to ask after ordering drinks and perusing the menu for about 40minutes if it was table or bar service to be informed we’d to order at the bar, which we then did. The food was nice enough but the service was extremely disappointing and rather cold. I don’t think we’d return. Speisekarte ansehen
