we had a wonderful meal. started with the carbonara, which is a unique opportunity to prepare this dish without olive, and used mangle and kakao powder, simply amazing. the pasta with sparing gel cream (translated) was slowly boiled to perfection. the grilled heavy fish was fresh, simply ready to bring out the natural quality of the fish.
