"went here for a meal on sunday 8th september, unfortunately upon visit being told we only had 45 minutes on our table even though we had informed the manager we wouldn’t have enough time as we had a disabled child with us and her response was that due to the high volume on a sunday that’s not her problem, we weren’t informed this upon booking, going for a roast once sat down after a few mouthful i discovered a snail in my roast dinner, the waitress was very apologetic and quickly removed the snail I understand things like this happen, however after speaking with another waitress she explained how before they’ve had half a dead mouse in there food before, this place needs seriously sorting out : won’t be returning to any toby carvery ever again !"

I was very disappointed that I ordered 2 roast dinners for delivery on Sunday and neither had roast potatoes in ....Do they not include them no more

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. On outskirts of Ipswich, plenty of shopping nearby. Clean toilets. I had the gammon which was very nice. Roast potatoes let it down or would have been 5 star. Speisekarte ansehen

We had an amazing time. Our waitress was super attentive and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here on this occasion and would recommend others to visit too. Food was filling and tasty,staff superb as always and atmosphere was great too.

Young man who waited on our table was very good. We wish we had said something at the time but we found while waiting at the counter for our carvery and the chef to arrive, there was a quite a few flies hovering and landing on the meat especially the turkey, this did put us off having turkey where as a covering of foil would avoid this happening
