Toby Carvery - Speisekarte

The restaurant offers good food, excellent service, and is a good value for money. There isn't much else to say, it's just your typical Toby Carvery.

Popped in here before the o2, they were rather busy but they found us a space and with room for a wheelchair too. Really kind and friendly, roast as always with a Toby was good stuff and the dessert was noice too

I made a reservation online, but after waiting in line for a long time, I finally spoke with reception to confirm my table reservation. Unfortunately, they had no record of it, even though I booked through their app. They said they could accommodate us in two hours, so we decided to go elsewhere to eat. We found a lovely restaurant in town where we were treated well, didn't have to wait for a table, and the food was amazing.

We had amazing food with a generous meat portion ..the table was clean and we had good service from our waitress. However, the decor ... its getting so bad .. th we windows are rotten ..they have black mould growth and my son noticed it behind a blind that was pulled down. The place needs a dehumidifier , along with new windows as it is actually really bad for your health to be around black mould. The outdoor area needs a massive revamp too. Cannot blame covid or inflation as the place has looked tired for years. If I'm being picky .. the management didn't answer me when I said thank you and goodbye as we all left ... I get that it's busy and stressful but doesn't cost anything to be polite.

We came for a family birthday, I had requested a table by the window but sadly didn’t get it, even though there were tables available by the window. I thought never mind, let’s get on with it. I hate to be so personal but the service was appalling, had to ask for our order to be taken, ask for someone to take a drinks order then the dirty plates sat for so long on our table I moved the whole lot to an empty table next to us. The place is so scruffy, the carpets are rotten, the walls dirty, the wallpaper ripped off the walls and a carrier bag placed over the lights as there was a leak a few weeks ago apparently, the carvery was decent enough but we won’t be returning sadly. This place is very disgusting.This place smells horrible to say the least.The smell is like old people’s home.Oh my goodness this place is to be avoided.Its not up to standard at all.It needs to be SHUT DOWN immediately.Immediately we got out of our car to park the entrance wasn’t anything welcoming at all, rather depressing and the smell of old cooking oil not sure they have changed their oil for a long time.FDA needs to visit this place because it’s just soo bad.Pls shut it down and refurnished it.The chairs are all worn out and torn, the windows are mouldy and old.The carpet is horrible to say the least.It smells bad bad bad.The lamps have cobwebs all around it.The food being served is ve...

Booked a table for early Sunday lunch to avoid the busy hustle and bustle. As a customer with additional needs I struggle with being around too many people or sat near lots of packed areas and tables, hence booking lunch for 12.00pm! Early but so worth it to be able to eat without it being too busy. Arrived on time, staff arrived at reception almost immediately and took my booking details straight away showing me to my table. We have been regular customers at this Toby Carvery location for several years. Today, we visited as a party of seven, including three children. Due to our inability to book a table for seven in advance, we booked separately and requested to be seated together on the day if possible. The restaurant was very busy due to a half-price offer, causing the staff to be rushed off their feet and occasionally snappy with customers. When we requested a side plate for cauliflower cheese from the kitchen staff, we were directed to ask our waitress, whom we did not have as we were seated in the bar area.
