I love Toby's food; it's excellent and definitely worth the money. Our server, Daniel, was very friendly as well.

above average carvery, very popular and busy. good choice of meat and vegetables and teller large enough for a good size meal, what can they demand more?

Today was the second time I’ve been recently and it is good. BUT, I’m really disappointed that there was no Crackling or Apple Sauce for the Pork ! Thank you, Janet Hills

I don't know where it goes wrong with £3.99 unlimited breakfast. a decent place for carvery. if I ever go to new place I look there I leave as there is hath brown and roasted cheese speck kartoffel salat. Speisekarte ansehen

Food had been standing under heated lights way too long and was all dried up and looked terrible. Like wise it tasted awful. There were flys everywhere on all the food and there were 3 on the turkey and we had to keep swatting them while we ate. The waitress couldn’t stop apologising. Won’t be going again.

We have visited this restaurant before, but this was our worst experience. The service was nearly non-existent, and the manager was dressed in inappropriate jeans and seemed unbothered. When I mentioned that the Pepsi machine was broken, he just walked away without checking it. We left as quickly as we could.

I was pleased with the food selection, particularly the new dumpling dish, which was a delightful addition for our herbal and vegetarian group. The staff were polite. However, there was a family with children running around and shouting, which created a chaotic atmosphere. They dashed around where the staff were serving drinks and desserts, making it a potential hazard. It felt like an accident was just waiting to happen, and that should have been considered. When we visit Frankie Benny's with our grandchildren, they seat families with children in a separate area, which helps minimize disturbances to other diners.
