The food was very nice, however the waitress was very moody and we felt very rushed.

The staff were lovely and we were seated on time. Drinks were brought out straight away. We were able to go for food when we were ready. The plates were cold and so was the food. They seem more interested in take away than there in restaurant customers

Shown straight to our table, waitress very efficient, when going to the carvery some of the vegetables were dried up and discoloured as if it had been sitting there a while, when eating food it was cold only slightly warm, once arriving home I experienced mega stomach cramps and was sick bringing all what I’d eaten up, quite disappointing as you can imagine

We are members of the same family who try to go together to the Harlow Toby about once a month, and this visit was like most others we have experienced. On the whole the food was good, though some of the vegetables would have been hotter if they had been covered while there was nobody in the queue, and on this one occasion my roast pork was very dry.
