the food was amazing love there gravy and always nice kind staff and tasty food would come back here again as it is cheap and yummy

The service we received tonight was top class the young lady that served us was professional polite courteous and very helpful. An overall great night.

had eaten there on Sunday morning at 9.00 was cold, the coffee was like gravy, was so strong that we could not drink it, coffee pots had mud on the floor. on the plus side was a new refurbish nice and friendly

beautiful karvery good amount of food and free soft drink refills. reasonable prices. service was good. which is not to like. we'll come here a few times a month. the restaurant is much more beautiful after its recent renovation. I recommend it toby carvery crawley

I ordered three meals from this Toby to be delivered to my home the food was amazing plenty of it . However I have a couple of small complaints I said no stuffing and I was given stuffing and I ordered apple pie and custard...I got my pies but no custard service could have been better . this is a carvery, and so they get carvery eat. not an à la carte menu. it is excellent carvery eating. the personal is helpful and friendly. great value for money. is recommended that you reserve a table. they are very busy, especially on a Sunday lunch/evening. popularity should tell them something

No lamb again on a Sunday...Not a one off either. Just take it off the menu and reduce the Sunday price and be done with it. Outside seating full of bird poo, Not very appealing. Asked carver for a King-size to be promptly asked could...I see your receipt to see if you've paid for it, wow very trusting of your customers Toby!. On a plus side nice refurb and drinks a decent price and nice and chilled.

Went there last night terrible terrible service food was cold some food wasn’t present and by the time it was our cold meal had been finished Customer Service is **** the waitise we had was amazing however the bar woman who we tried to pay...for a meal was useless not just with myself out with other customers before and after so she really should not be doing what she was doing and repeatedly rang the phone following a query for two hours and it was never answered or recalled back obviously they have recently been modernised which is lovely however that’s to utilise space and add more tables so it’s far more crowded obviously but maybe they should’ve offered some of this expenditure into tra...
