lunchtime today 4 of us very much enjoyed a meaty lunch, well presented and tasted as good as it looked. the sweet was also very delicious.

The service was appalling. We were kept waiting at Reception which wasn’t staffed, we’re not offered drinks so asked and then had to remind the waitress. The Carvery had limited veg.

We got in the morning, but our table was ready. Eating looked fine, but we felt it was on the cold side, especially since we sat beside a design window the radiators were not working.

we haven't been to Toby's for a long time. I'm sorry to say that the foods to this occasion were disappointing above all the bratkartoffels as they were on the hotplate, the long that had overboiled

Have been a regular customer for years. Disappointed with the gravy sauce which was very bland. There were only 4 types of vegetables available today. I asked for beef only and were served only 2 slices of meat.

The roast potatoes were like bullets none of it was hot and to cap it all there was no ice cream not the first time we have found .we were asked what we wanted desert wise on 3 occasions never once told there was no ice cream and the machine hasn’t worked for a few days
