Tonys Fish And Chip Shop

Been the last two weeks the fish was beautiful could eat every bit , great chips. Staff are very welcoming sat eat to eat .

Called in for lunch as very dog friendly. Excellent fish and chips at reasonable prices. Very friendly and efficient staff. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended.

Great food and service, shame that it allows DOGS (not service dogs) into the restaurant to eat with the humans. Never mind perhaps they will see the evil of their ways. Speisekarte ansehen

Cod’s roe and chips was cooked fresh to order and it was delicious and still baking hot when I got home great service thank you will definitely recommend and be back soon

Went with my family Including my 3 children. Food was amazing and very well sized, the staff were polite and very friendly. 100% would recommend and will definitely be taking my family again!!

Food very good, shame website not updated, as according to this regular cod and chips £6:60, half cod and chips £4:60 Total £11:20! Picked up our order £15:40!! No explanation or apology! Have been meaning to try this place for ages as it was frequently recommended. However got a takeaway yesterday lunch time found it to equal to my worst fish chips ever. The chips were possibly the end of a frying. The Cod was awful. Should the batter be so chewy as was the cod. Probably an unfair review, as there's always end of fryings, but really these should have been binned rather than sold.

delicious cod and chips. Different portion sizes available eg half portion or senior portion (in between full and half size). We were a group of 6 ladies and 3 had half size and found it plenty. Tartar sauce sachets available included in the price or order the homemade tartar sauce for a little extra which is very tasty! Friendly efficient service. Several tables inside and some outside too. Perfect.

It can't be that complicated to serve up a decent portion of chips. They're more likely to be cooked fresh when they're busy at weekends, but it's a good sign of a chippys standards what they're happy to sell people on a Monday when its quiet. God knows how long these chios had been sitting there. As soon as I opened the paper up I could tell they were inedible. And the tasting confirmed that. Just rotten. A real shame because I like supporting cash only businesses. We need to keep cash alive. But I won't be going back in there. Speisekarte ansehen
