Great and the waiter is super friendly and attentive, and that's on fair days, when the bars are more crowded. PHENOMENAL.

The service here was outstanding! The place was busy as, but we got served our three course lunch within minutes and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I could not of wished for a better experience !! The food was simply divine! And one of the best in Alcala la Real!!

I am from Oceania Region and had lunch here a couple of weeks ago. The service was outstanding and it was very busy, so very impressed. We had our first course within minutes and it was a very generous first course meal! The second course and third course were just as generous. The food was simply divine and very well priced. I absolutely loved the food and really recommend this place for a delicious rewarding meal!

I do not recommend this accommodation, it is a lousy hotel, service leaves much to be desired. The first thing we arrived and the key was not inside the locker where the code is placed, we had to wait for one of the staff to bring it to us at 12:00 at night. In addition, I hired a room for a person with a disability and when I arrived I found a bathtub, which made it impossible for this person to shower, I had to find another place to accommodate them at that very moment. We spent only four hours in the room and they charged me €210 for two nights, which is an abuse. The reception only works from 3:00 in the afternoon to 9:00 at night, when a three-star hotel by law has to have a 24-hour red...

Hay cosas que no llego a comprender de la hostelería de este país. Viajamos con una niña de 6 años, por éso, si en la carta no vemos menú infantil, siempre preguntamos si ofrecen medio menú para ella. Preguntamos, insisto. Aquí nos dicen que no suelen hacerlo pero que vale, que le ponen sólo un plato. Mmmm, mala señal. Efectivamente le ponen sólo un plato, un segundo. Preguntamos si en los menús entran refrescos (los adultos pedimos un menú completo cada uno), y nos dicen que sí. Bueno, pues una Fanta para la niña. A la hora de los postres, ¿qué entra? Helado, pues helado para ella. Cabe decir aquí que entendemos que un menú no es sólo el primero y el segundo, que la bebida y el postre valen... Speisekarte ansehen
