We love walking around the lake every Sunday and we always stop off at Totally Delicious tea room for a mocha , but very disappointed today with the cup of mocha I bought today. Yes, I should of mention it to one of the staff, but didn't. My own fault. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Please be cautious, as we were charged twice! The card machine was slow, so they tried another device. When we checked at home, we realized we had been billed twice. Additionally, the email links on the website don’t work, making it hard to file a complaint. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We reserved a pod for breakfast yesterday and were attended to by Aris. We felt it was important to let Totally Delicious know just how remarkable Aris was—providing exceptional service with a vibrant personality and going above and beyond to cater to our needs! Visited Friday lunch time, it wasnt especially busy, i ordered crepes with freshly squeezed lemon and sugar, they were very hard and chewy especially around the edge, not sure if some sort of lemon syrup was used in place of freshly squeezed lemon although a lemon wedge was provided. Absolutely shocking customer service at the main Trentham site , called in last thing 3.20pm to be told sorry we are closing but you can have a take away coffee , I order 2 x decaf coffees , both tasted like water and I returned to ask for another, the young lad in there who I presume was the manager was so rude telling me it would be different as it was decaf, never before have I been given such a poor excuse and I've drank decaf coffee for years , then he proceeded to tell me I was too late for coffee as he had started to clean the machine and didn't want to kill me lol with the cleaner fluid , I could tell the girl working with him wanted to try and make things right but he was just damed...

The worst experience I have had for decades. The waitress was seemingly uninterested and deliberately tried to avoid us. Obvious polite gestures were not enough to draw her attention so I needed to walk up and down the restaurant and collect some essentials for ourselves like salt, sauces and so on. Then we had to ask for a paper towel to wipe off the dirt and raindrops on our table. The food was tasteless and overheated. We ordered some extra fries as the normal portion was not enough for even a few years old child, and we also wanted two espressos.
