We love walking around the lake every Sunday and we always stop off at Totally Delicious tea room for a mocha , but very disappointed today with the cup of mocha I bought today. Yes, I should of mention it to one of the staff, but didn't. My own fault. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Please be cautious, as we were charged twice! The card machine was slow, so they tried another device. When we checked at home, we realized we had been billed twice. We reserved a pod for breakfast yesterday and were attended to by Aris. We felt it was important to let Totally Delicious know just how remarkable Aris was—providing exceptional service with a vibrant personality and going above and beyond to cater to our needs! It was a refreshing experience to receive service with such impeccable social skills. We will definitely be returning!

Visited Friday lunch time, it wasnt especially busy, i ordered crepes with freshly squeezed lemon and sugar, they were very hard and chewy especially around the edge, not sure if some sort of lemon syrup was used in place of freshly squeezed lemon although a lemon wedge was provided. The worst experience I have had for decades. The waitress was seemingly uninterested and deliberately tried to avoid us. Obvious polite gestures were not enough to draw her attention so I needed to walk up and down the restaurant and collect some essentials for ourselves like salt, sauces and so on. Then we had to ask for a paper towel to wipe off the dirt and raindrops on our table. The food was tasteless and overheated. We ordered some extra fries as the normal portion was not enough for even a few years old child, and we also wanted two espressos.
