"I’m going to begin with the one tiny negative, just to get it over with: the design of the space and the art is terrible. But the food is utterly spectacular. I ate the delicious veal tongue to begin with. My primi was the spaghetti Gragnano with sea urchin, and it is one of the most incredible things I have tasted. The hospitality and kind service by Chiara and her colleague is world class. They recommended a buttery Chardonnay that paired perfectly with the spaghetti; they were helpful and patient with recommendations, and really took their time with me.
