"We are near Pinerolo, in a quiet corner of countryside. The room is very nice and elegant, the warm welcome. Table without tablecloth as it is in modern design, with cutlery and quality crystals. Mehdi the chef is nice and handy, and immediately communicates his innovative idea of cuisine, which previews the strong Moroccan influence and spices as trait union. The menu is in the dark, you can choose between 3,4 or 6 courses, in possible combination with wines. The kitchen therefore often changes following the seasons and intuitions of the chef. Excellent wine cellar with level labels. There is also the water card (but in my opinion there is at least one natural effervescent that are my favourites) Preappetizer with intense and well-harmonised tastes (voto 8) Antipasto : an explosion of Moroccan tastes in the mouth, amazing (voto 9) First: a nest of spaghetti that take us on a journey away with tastes of sea and spices, delicious (voto 8) Second: Tajine fish, with macerated lemon, absolute dish, with final obligatory shoes (voto 9.5) Dessert: baked cream coffee and ginger, incredible (voto 10) Notable experience, all the dishes have convinced us and excited, combinations of non-banal wines, ratio quality correct price. If I have to look for a lack, the small pastry shop that is not part of the menu. A place to try now before Michelin puts her eyes on us."

"Più che soddisfacente. Era da tempo che volevo passare a visitare e mangiare in questo posto e devo dire complimenti per tutto sia alla sig. Roberta che al cuoco. La mia recensione andrà per punti: 1) Ho chiamato e ho prenotato per mangiare; al mio arrivo sono stato accompagnato al tavolo e ho ordinato subito da bere. Non ci sono stati tempi di attesa. Un prosecco. 2) Bagna cauda: tante le verdure, crude e cotte, ho apprezzato il vaso ampio come capienza dentro al quale avevo le verdure. Oltretutto un bel vaso . Fujot con la bagna cauda, devo dire che la bagna cauda era veramente gustosa. Ringrazio il cuoco che per due volte si è presentato con il pentolino per servire a tavolo la bagna cauda, cioè, per riempire il fujot. 3) Avrei dovuto precisare in precedenza: pulizia ed igiene voto: 10/10; è raro visitare un locale e non trovare polvere o cose fuori posto. Da loro, è tutto in ordine e pulito. 4) Roberta, ma devo dire anche il cuoco, sono persone che sanno ascoltare e risponde nella maniera più educata e comprensibile. Questo va a favore del capitolo cura del cliente . 5) Conto giusto; per il servizio e l 'offerta del menù, ho pagato quanto mi aspettavo. Suggerisco un aumento del prezzo del caffè da 1€ a 1,10 o 1,20€. Grazie di tutto."

"Passeggiando x vie di Pinerolo ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante x caso.Ed è stato una fortuna per noi. Accoglienza cordiale della proprietaria ci ha fatto veramente piacere.Abbiamo optato x il menù della degustazione e abbiamo fatto bene.Tutto buonissimo,dal antipasto al dolce.Ovviamente le porzioni sono ridotte,ma nel complesso mangi abbastanza.Abbiamo pagato 62 euro compreso acqua,1/2 litro di vino e 2 caffè. Lo consiglio assolutamente!"

"An explosion of taste: Hamburger and really delicious chips! I've just been to a local pub and I can't help but share my experience with you. I just tasted one of the best burgers and chips ever! This place managed to meet my highest expectations and left me speechless. The burger was a real delight for the senses. The sandwich was fresh and soft, slightly toasted to create a crispy crust outside. The interior was juicy and tasty, with a high quality beef skate. The meat was perfectly cooked, it still kept a touch of rose in the middle, and it literally melted in the mouth. Every bite was an explosion of flavors, thanks also to the fresh and first quality ingredients that accompanied it. The crispy salad and fresh tomato slices added a touch of freshness. The sauce, sweet and slightly spicy, completed the painting, giving the dish that extra touch of taste. The chips were an even more pleasant surprise. Croccanti on the outside and soft inside, they were definitely homemade. At the right point, slightly salty and with a perfect consistency. Their taste was divine, and she married exceptionally with the burger. I also tried several sauces to accompany the chips, including the classic mayonnaise and a barbecue sauce and I can say that both were delicious. The restaurant service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and ready to meet my every request. The food was served quickly and presented impeccably. I accompanied it all with a dark-bone beer, a delight for lovers of full-bodied and tasteful beers. This beer is of an intense color, with amber reflections inviting to taste. At the first sip there are notes toasted, followed by a pleasant balance between sweetness and bitterness. Its velvety texture and persistent aftertaste make it a perfect choice for those who want a complex and satisfying beer that accompany the excellent sandwich... I can only advise everyone to try this place. The burger and chips are simply extraordinary and will leave you speechless. If you love succulent flavors and are looking for a satisfying meal, you cannot miss this culinary experience. I'm sure I'll be back soon to enjoy this gastronomic wonder again."

"Partiamo dalla location. Ambiente molto intimo e curato in ogni suo dettaglio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, i piatti sono squisiti e sempre curati nei minimi particolari. Due menù, il 1975 buonissimo ogni suo singolo piatto, menzione d’onore per i plin in brodo e che brodo! Il mercato, con piatti che variano a seconda della stagione, ogni volta c’è sempre qualcosa di nuovo da provare. Ottima carta dei vini con proposte di ogni tipo. Servizio impeccabile, molto preparati e gentili. Sfruttando il menù colazione di lavoro ho potuto provare quasi tutti i piatti e non ne ho ancora trovato uno che non mi abbia entusiasmato. Ogni volta venire a provare la cucina dello Chef Christian è un piacere. Sicuramente il miglior ristorante nel pinerolese e dintorni."
