great food, plentiful portions, fantastic service, great atmosphere. This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. I felt Sicilian for a few delicious, belly-bursting, drunken and glorious hours. Highly recommended.

Typical Sicilian food with massive portions. Couldn't ask for more!!! We got one rustico x4, 3 main dishes a bottle of wine and a bottle of water and we spent €12 each... My pesto pasta was absolutely amazing I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to eat good Sicilian food on a budget.

Very simple restaurant with amazing cheap food. We got a Rustic x 4 as a starter for the 3 of us and with that we were already quite full. After that we all got a plate of pasta but we couldn't finish it coz it was really big. I definitely recommend this cheap and cheerful place as the food is really good.

Off the beaten track on a tiny village road, Mimmo's is a good find. Gracious and attentive service with an extensive menu, it seems to also be a local favorite always a good sign! A variety of Sicilian and Italian items and pizza means there's something for everyone. If the weather is nice, you can dine outside in the piazza!

It's well off the beaten track but this was the most enjoyable meal of our holiday. The owners were very accommodating, especially of my extremely limited Italian, and they have an English menu. The pizza was excellent, probably the best I have eaten in Italy, and the salads and antipasto were delicious. Shared antipasto for two, two large pizzas to share, two soft drinks, wine and desserts for four was €41! Could not recommend this place more highly.

Nulla da dire sulla quantità del cibo e sul prezzo, veramente competitivo, così come sul servizio corteseSulla qualità...oddio...se avete voglia di ingozzarvi è il vostro posto ma non aspettatevi di mangiare bene.Menù antipasto con molte portate di cui troppe inutili, tantissimi legumi, ceci fave e fagioli, l’onnipresente incomprensibilmente (per la Sicilia mortadella, trippa al sugo e cotenna in umido finale.Piccoli cannoli offerti di scarsa qualità a finire una cena da cui ci si alza gonfi e un po’ tristi...anche guardando la gente seduta che si abbuffa felice.Magari siete come quelli, quindi andateci di corsa.

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and after reading the positive reviews my wife and I decided to eat here. It is a bit of a drive from the city centre, but Google Maps found it easily. We decided to have a woodfired pizza between us as they are very large and a salad. Both were high-quality and freshly made. The menu is available via a QR code on the table and it takes you to the website which has an English menu. The staff were very attentive. The only slightly negative criticism would be that the desert menu appeared to be made up of frozen mass manufactured products. Overall however this is a gem of a traditional Sicilian restaurant that locals use.

Rapporto qualità prezzo notevole, cibo tradizionale della cucina povera del posto, consigliatissimo il menù antipasti, super abbondante che include persino la trippa, permette di degustare più cose. I secondi sono enormi come tutto del resto anche se la qualita’ della tagliata di manzo lasciava a desiderare, la carne era un po’ duretta. Mi sento però di consigliarlo perche’ permette di provare un’infinità di cose a un prezzo che fa scusare assolutamente una pietanza non perfetta o un pochino di ritardo nel servizio. This trattoria was recommended by our host Alberto at the B&B Roba degli Olivi (much recommended, btw . We ate here two nights in a row during our stay near Agrigento. Normally we would want to visit different restaurants when in a new place, but the first night was so good, we went back. Great pizzas (and 5 pages of different kinds to choose from! , pasta, and vegetables. The second night we ordered the complete menu an amazing bargain for only 25 Euros.
