I liked my pasta, very good. The beef was in the middle quite blue and not medium and was chewie.

Located off the beaten path, this nice small restaurant offers excellent service and great food. Unfortunately, they were out of liver that we specifically came for, but their veal was great.

Frankly one of the best restaurants in town. Local cuisine with good service, centrally located. Menu not very extended but worth experiencing it: fresh ingredients and a simple way of cooking which will conquer you.

una piacevole scoperta. Sono capitato lì per caso verso il pranzo mi sono lasciato attrarre dall'aspetto della casa. la ricezione era calda e l'aroma in aria ha portato l'acqua in bocca. il menu raccoglie alcune perle della cucina veneta e mi lascio tentare dall'antipasto affumicato e polenta. il contrasto tra il forte sapore dell'aringa e la delicatezza della polenta è davvero equilibrato e avido, mi è piaciuto molto. In primo luogo, ho optato per l'anatra ragù. gustoso e inebriante, ogni forchetta era un piacere. chiudere uno stilo di maiale con polenta. promosso a pieno voto, tornerò volentieri.

The restaurant seems to have excellent reviews and is consistently busy. I'll admit that whilst I found it decent, I was also a little underwhelmed and not as good as I had hoped. Food is Veneto home cooking including many classics (bigoli with sardine based Venetian sauce, Venice style veal liver, warm rabbit salad, Venice style codfish, homemade tagliatelle, etc. Dishes ranged from disappointing (e.g. codfish which was the only fish main on offer was really not great) to really enjoyable (e.g. tagliata and some of the seasonal porcini dishes). Service is pleasant and efficient and decent house wines (my favourite was the merlot). Speisekarte ansehen
