Perfect location to get high-quality meat on your plate in sophisticated preparation. This evening we enjoyed the menu La carne , in the main course it was pre-grilled and fried to the end at the table and was served sizzling and medium rare, lightly salted and with a mixture of herbs on the edge of the plate: juicy and perfectly flavored with fat. The tartar starter was chopped and only lightly oiled. Salt, pepper and Tabasco were already on the table.
