cibo lento locale a viterbo propone una cucina del territorio curata e piacevole con un menu contenuto nelle proposte ma di buon gusto. eccellente camtinablocal. servizio cortese in un ambiente trattato in dettaglio.

Posto accogliente, personale gentilissimo, piatti straordinari, bellissimi nella presentazione e dal contenuto ben bilanciato. La carta è varia con piatti della tradizione rivisitata . Per me il miglior posto di Viterbo. Appena possibile ci tornerò.

Locale carinissimo al centro del borgo medievale di Viterbo, all'interno delle mura. Servizio veloce per tutti i gusti. Noi eravamo in 5 e ci siamo divisi tra aperitivo salato con tagliere di formaggi e salumi con vino bianco e gli altri con cioccolata calda buonissima e super densa accompagnata da biscotti artigianali, ciambelline e tozzetti. Antipasto: Tartare Maki con salsa di zucca etc. (Sapore particolare ma buono), 2 supplì, 2 Amatriciane (squisite), 1 torta della nonna e 1 “Rametto” oltre che bellissimo, buonissimo! Un calice di vino e un’acqua. 38€ prezzo più che giusto. Il cestino del pane con vari tipi di pane e 2 grissini buonissimi (ci sono stati portati anche due tipi diversi di olio) Servizio educato, veloce e gentile. Location molto tranquilla e bellina.

You're sitting in the beautiful Piazza del Gesu. The fountain is next to you, a church built in 1271 is 40 yards from you. It's difficult to rate the place low! The eggplant was a little slimy, not awful though. The waiter said he would bring Coke, they substitute Ubuntu. The fish had a lot of bones, but the vegetables are so fresh! The meat cheese antipasti was amazing! Really though, who cares? You are sitting in such a magical place, outside in the piazza TrediciGradi has the location! The prices are really great, every entree at lunch is under 10 euros. Waiter was classically slow, but kind. Some bum looking-person came up to sit at a table, they served her, I never saw her pay. Sorry, we really do not understand the good reviews for this restaurant unless we were really unlucky that night ? But how is it possible to be wrong on 4 dishes ? Chick peas cream with bottarga : a warm untasty hummous with rubbery slices. Puntarelle alici with ricotta and anchovies : untasty and salty. Polenta (dry and unchewable , pecorrino very strong and disgusting, with overbitter chicorée salad. Contorni : orange (very good and so disapointing olives (or should I say absence of olives, they were so small and with absolutely no taste ? still for 5 euros !
