Es la quinta vez que vamos y estaba todo increíble de nuevo, todos los platos impecables, desde que entras por la puerta hasta que sales todo es perfecto. Como siempre destacar el paquito, para mí el mejor entrante que tienen. Y bueno, que decir de los callos, los mejores que he comido en Madrid sin duda. Aunque la costilla nos ha sorprendido en esta ultima visita, seguido de la oreja laqueada que estaba increíblemente crujiente y jugosa. Cómo broche final los postres todos de 10, la tarta de queso, tarta de chocolate y flan. Volveremos!
