more amazing place to be in. eating is great, their menu has a lot of options. good music and ambiente. drinks are great and so people visit this place.

Alan was fantastic! Really made our experience beyond satisfactory. The service was quick and on point. Great atmosphere, great food. Would definitely return to receive the same level of service and good vibes. Alan is an asset to the team.

The atmosphere was pretty good, food was nice and staff were really friendly. The location is great, right at the heart of town next to the Highcross shopping centre. Parking is close by and only a couple of quid. Great to round off a night or afternoon in the city centre. It is also a great spot to be dropped off and picked up by taxi's, so quite accessible. that eating was terrible bad a candied Caribbean food all food came warm?. the mac n cheese looked like aeroplane eating?! the fried chicken was unworn and tasted like oil the only thing that it was the fried it was even more ridiculous when we got the bill and saw how about price it was. the only thing positiw was the service but overall it was several disappointed.

enjoy it when I go there. although no great selection on the menu, it definitely does not lack taste and look. the staff are always friendly and always give them recommendations what to try. if they feel like a few drinks, I recommend the cocktails. good mood in the night that can attract many people, so can get very busy. suggest to go early if you want a meal with not too much of a buzz. this is the first Caribbean restaurant I visited in my life and it was really exciting. the restaurant has a casual ambiente. the employees are attentive and give them a lot of time to decide, often recommend them from the menu. The menu is not very large, but the selection of salads, appetizers, pots, curries and grills are very diverse. eating is tantalizing and piquant very different from our usual experience. the drinks are very typical of the inseln, the shandy was brilliant. it is a must return art restaurant with 5 stars attribute.

Turtle Bay is the first (to my understanding) chain of Caribbean restaurants in the UK, what a welcome this has been throughout cities in the UK. I have visited two of their restaurants in Leicester and also in Birmingham and I hope there is a restaurant soon opening in my local city, Wolverhampton. Vibrant scenery with Caribbean art work, tasteful Caribbean music. The restaurant in Leicester is somehow superior to the restaurant in Birmingham as there are two floors.
